We absolutely loved our stay and location in Indian Shores. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Beautiful views from the room and dock out back. The pool was a blast and good for the kids especially when we were done with the beach for the day. This is the cleanest, most allergy-free place we have stayed in recent memory. Their commitment to the B Certification (environmentally friendly and responsible business practices) is evident. We plan to travel to their other locations across the country because our family loved the stay so much!!

The rooms were extremely clean! Nice place to enjoy a little peace and quiet. Views were beautiful. The staff are very kind and helpful. Customer service is excellent. We will definitely stay again!

This timeshare has been completely redone. It is simply redecorated and well maintained. It is kind of a minimalistic decor as they are working to lesson their carbon footprint. Lots of good local restaurants, some within walking distance. The beaches are beautiful.

5 well deserved stars! From check in, to our room, the pool/hot tub, to check out, the entire experience was fabulous. The assistant manager was the only employee we spoke with and she was informative, efficient, and quite delightful. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out because she was so lovely. My favorite part of our room was the amazing soaking tub! (I was told a few of the studios don’t have the tubs so I’d call to ask what’s available if that’s a dealbreaker for you.) Beds were comfortable, liked having the kitchenette. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place deserves to be known by everybody! We stayed here my husband and I with our 3 month old. They were great from the moment we called to book and accommodated us with all of our needs. It's clean, not a speck of dirt anywhere. Enough blankets, pillows, towels for our 3 day stay. The employees were super nice and definitely made us feel welcomed. My suggestion to anybody staying in the area. Don't pass up this hotel, we will definitely be back when we come back down here.

This resort was amazing, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, everyone was so nice. Not only did they direct us to our room but also laid out popular places to go and see. The resort was extremely updated and clean. We didn’t have a single problem and they were all very accommodating. The place was also very quiet and calm
